When you purchase a service (such as Website Development, SEO Setup, Logo & Branding, or Monthly Maintenance), our checkout process requires an upfront payment. This payment serves to confirm genuine interest before our team invests time preparing for your project.

After payment:

  • You will receive an instant confirmation email with your order summary and our team contact details
  • A member of our team will personally reach out within 2 business days to discuss your requirements and next steps
  • Project work begins only after this initial consultation and agreement on scope

2.2 Refund Window — Services

Because services require our team to begin preparation and planning upon order confirmation, the following refund terms apply:

3. Digital Products

3.1 How Digital Product Purchases Work

Digital products (downloadable files) are delivered instantly via email after payment is confirmed. A download link is provided, valid for 7 days from the time of purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital file delivery, all digital product sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable — we will re-deliver a working file or issue a full refund
  • The product is materially different from its description — we will issue a full refund upon review
  • A technical error caused a duplicate charge — we will refund the duplicate payment immediately

If you experience any issue with your digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem.


4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project work has commenced on a service order
  • Failure to respond to our team's outreach within a reasonable timeframe, causing project delays
  • Digital products where the download link has been accessed and the file was delivered as described
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms and Conditions
